GroundLevel developed the design concept for a tranquil, multi-purpose outdoor space known as the “Zen Alley” within the UnCommons mixed-use campus. Through detailed 3D visualization, this concept illustrates an inviting retreat where residents and visitors could relax, socialize, and find a moment of peace.

Featuring a carefully curated blend of soft and hardscapes, the envisioned Zen Alley includes an intimate fire pit lounge, tiered seating surrounded by a diverse palette of desert-adapted plants, and string lights that create a magical atmosphere at dusk. The concept balances the energy of the surrounding retail and office buildings, offering a thoughtful transition between experiences across the campus.
