Anchored by a massive wave basin, the site unfolds through a series of immersive outdoor experiences—from an elevated bluff garden and overlook to shaded cabana-lined terraces and an event-ready lawn. A gated arrival sequence welcomes guests into a dynamic landscape complete with a zip line, climbing wall, training lawn, and a beach-inspired pavilion.

Along the perimeter, curated zones of activity and respite—including a sand beach, viewing lawn, and a wave-inspired shade sculpture—invite visitors to unwind, explore, and engage with the environment in every direction.
