GroundLevel created a tranquil, multi-purpose outdoor space known as the “Zen Alley” for the Uncommons mixed-use campus. This inviting alley offers a lush retreat where residents and visitors can relax, socialize, and find a moment of peace.

Featuring a carefully curated blend of soft and hardscapes, the Zen Alley includes an intimate fire pit lounge, tiered seating surrounded by a diverse palette of desert-adapted plants, and string lights that create a magical atmosphere at dusk. It is a space that beautifully balances the energy of the surrounding retail and office buildings, offering a much-needed pause and a seamless transition between the different experiences within the campus.
